It was a very beautiful and enjoyable day, the service was great, and all the staff were cooperative, thank God, especially Brother Imad and Brother Ahmed, who made us feel at ease as if they were always around us whenever we wanted something. The lunch was delicious and varied.
Lovely experience! The staff were amazing and helpful, the yacht was very clean, food was good, the snorkeling spot was incredible. Our Guides: Sultan, Khalaf & Nasr helped us a lot to enjoy the whole experience. White island was beyond my expectations. They have very cool DJ on the yacht and definitely he was Saif “Sina Dream” Aqua Man 😂! I loved the ambiance overall. N.B: I have only one concern about the F&B staff they are not professional at all cause I asked one of them called “OMAR” for Ice cubes to drink my energy drink he told me it’s okay I will bring it for you and at a time I asked him again after half an hour he told me I have only Ice cubes only for the fresh drinks so I don’t have any ice for you, he was so rude with me & my family cause I’m not a foreigner so basically “I’m EGYPTIAN and proud” I informed him that I can pay for him money cause already we were planning to order some items from the menu but after this incident we didn’t order anything from them. You have to know well the type of your clientele cause this is not professional and not decent at all. I didn’t even think that this will be the way to treat your clients. This not happened before for me I’m a Gouna fan and lover and I stayed a lot there this not the way I saw before. Also u have to make a quality assurance call from the team to ask the clients about their experience, feedback & concerns too.
Loved my experience with them! The staff were so nice and helpful, the yacht is clean, food is good, the snorkeling spot was so nice and sherif helped us alot! They have very nice activities on the yacht! I loved them.
An overpriced dinner on a boat that only moves (not sails) a few meters outside the dock then stops. It was not like that before. It is not recommended.
